Montessori Schools have been part of the education industry for nearly 100 years, have delivered remarkable results and created a trademark in children's education. In this specific age group, children need to be given more independence as they grow up. Our classrooms are prepared to help children succeed in being able to do things themselves, safely. The journey to independence in this age group is all about collaboration. At first, the child watches. Slowly over time, they are encouraged to take over parts of the work. This is done with patience and encouragement and by refraining from re-doing their work, but by encouraging all their attempts till they get it right.

Children in this age group need to see external order to be able to develop their own sense of internal order. Children will learn to choose their works and put their things away when finished. This also helps them take responsibility of maintaining the order within their environment.

The most important period of life is not the age of university studies, but the first one, the period from birth to the age of six. For that is the time when man’s intelligence itself, his greatest implement is being formed.
